The starter pack - Bee pollen in honey suspension

Take 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily, ideally at sunrise. Can be stirred into warm water (not boiling), porridge or cereals or enjoyed straight from the spoon as the bee intended. Not a medicine but a marvellous companion to seasonal living.

Pure Raw Cheshire honey (60%), Organic agave nectar (40%), 100% British pollen (100mg/5mL)

Contains POLLEN. Not suitable for those with severe allergy to pollen or a history of anaphylaxis. Caution: regular use may result in an impromptu waggle dance.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Store me in a cool dry place. Produced using honey and pollen of 100% British origin.
