Dotty’s Pharm Shipping Policy
At Dotty’s Pharm, we aim to pack and dispatch your piece of seasonal goodness with the same care and charm as our great-great-grandmothers might have done (with slightly more reliable post). Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will buzz its way to you.

1. Dispatch Times
Our worker bees aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and handed over to the postie.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or other trusted courier services.
All shipping is currently free on orders containing our pollen in honey suspension!
Customers will be updated by email as soon as your order is on its way so you’ll know exactly when your bee-blessed bottle of wellness is due to arrive.

3. Packaging
We package all items securely and sustainably. Bottles are wrapped in recyclable materials to protect their contents (and the bees’ hard work) during transit.

4. Delays or Missing Orders
Delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods or postal strikes. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch via:

5. Delivery Address Issues
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping
At this time, we’re not able to ship internationally — but we’re working on it. Join our mailing list for updates when we expand our reach beyond the British Isles as we seek to take the seasonal harmony movement global.
