We were founded in Cheshire, England and our production operations remain Cheshire-based. We sell our products through this website and are registered in the United Kingdom. All of our hive products and hive-derived ingredients are 100% British and fully traceable to source from our own Cheshire apiary or, when necessary, directly from trusted UK apiaries. All hive products used by Dotty’s Pharm are 100% British origin.

3. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).

• Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason — for example, if we believe there has been a pricing error or breach of these terms.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, and delivery times will vary depending on time of year and current affairs. Customers will be updated with shipping tracking on dispatch.
