Dotty’s Pharm Returns & Refund Policy

At Dotty’s Pharm, every bottle is blended with care, patience, and a little buzz of seasonal joy. Because our products are consumable and perishable, we’re not able to accept returns — but that doesn’t mean we’re not here for you.

1. No Returns (But We’re Still Here for You)

Due to the nature of our products (being ingestible and handmade), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

However — if something isn’t right, please get in touch. Whether your parcel arrived damaged, your order got lost in the post, or you’re simply not satisfied, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. A photo of the damage helps us investigate and resolve the issue more quickly.

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever suits you best.

3. Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK), please get in touch and we’ll track it down like a hungry honey badger or arrange a replacement.
